Registration |
If the number of participants are more than 150 in any event, we may restrict the further participants. Partipants needs to pre-register in WCA and they will not be allowed to do any spot registrations on 3rd or 4th December 2016 to participate. Participation registration closes on 1st December 2016 at 9:00pm IST. Payment should be made before 1st December 2016 9:00pm IST. Participation will be cancelled if there is a failure of registration and payment before the given cut off time. All the participants are recommended to be available 30 minutes before the event of participation in the venue. All 3x3 BLD participants are requested to be available at 7:30am. Non-Indian nationality participants are requested to bring their passport. Registration cost per person Rs. 200 for the first event and Rs. 50 for every other additional event. Rs. 500 for 7 or more events. Participants are free to register for one or more events and there are no restrictions on the number of events. Please pay online by clicking here. | Food |
We are organizing a Lunch for Rs. 150 (Price may vary little bit after finalization of the menu) per person on both the days. Breakfast will be served for Rs. 100 on both the days per person. |
| Accommodation |
Participants from outside the city, please contact us if you need accommodation. Rooms and dormitories are available in Country Club for a Discounted price. Room per night Rs. 2000 per room for 2 persons. Extra person Rs. 500. Maximum 4 persons per room at Rs. 3000 (including taxes). |

PCubed store will be having a stall. You can purchase cubes at discounted price. Both cash and credit/debit cards are accepted. |
